Looking for some suggestions on what cycles would best fit? Currently taking 50mg shot of deca once a week, now on my 3rd week. Already been told this is a horrible cycle, just not sure on what and where to go.
Looking to add some size and strength

30 yrs old
5'09" 210# 12% BF
Great work out schedule, great diet- 6 meals a day consuming majority of protein (Lean Protein). Just started taking Animal Pack Vitamins/ Whey Protein Shakes/ and also taking CE2 Hi-def
Any advice would be great!
