Does "Gyno" refer to coversion of test to est?

I was under the impression that gyno was mainly acne and tenderness in pecs. I know I'm being lazy with my research, but just want a short answer if possible Does gyno have emotional implications also? plmk

Gyno is from increased estrogen and/or prolactin. Increased estrogen and prolactin can definitely have emotional implications, like depression, anxiety, fatigue, and sexual dysfunction.

Thanks guys! I haven't had any off these side effects, but since I'm on 200 mg of test e per week, a couple of people have suggested taking Arimidex. I'm due to have my blood work (specifically the esters) done again next week, so after the results come back I'll confer with my doc.

I am on that dose also and had my blood work done this morning. I have only been on this TRT for a month, but I have some sensitive nipples and I will ask my Doctor for Arimidex. I have seen a lot of feedback on this med and it seems to be the 1 most HRT people use. I also take Indolplex DIM and Zinc. So check these out also.
