Hi everyone, I've just changed my diet. I was Eating 4 meals a day(cause too busy at work) now I am going to try to eat 6 meals(not including PWO meals and shakes) total calorie intake is 4800-5000(used the perfect beast's food plan). My current weight is 245 lbs, 6.2, 12% body fat with very fast metabolism(not on gear at the moment) I do cardio at night before go to bed and workout(5-6 days per week) around lunch time in between I go to work. I've checked so many calorie calculators but all of them say different. Also did a research and found out that everyone thinks different some say too much some say it's fine. Do you think that this calorie intake would be fine for me.
