Canadian Laws on AAS for possession and importation??

i've been hearing several things here about AAS. I live in Canada and i read the law policy on schedule druga. It says we are aloud to posses schedule IV drugs (which are AAS) and we are not allowed to posses Schedule I, II, III...is this true?? Don't we need a valid prescription ?

Also, I'm wondering what are the laws of importation here for PERSONAL use only and absolutely no intent on re-sell (traffic).

I'd like to understand this once and for all. So if there's any VETS, MODS or Experienced PPL from Canada i'd definitely like to hear from you guys.

Steroids are a schedule IV drug. Under schedule IV you can possess but cant purchase. So if you get pulled over and you have them in plain view (I wouldn't do this just for the hassle) nothing will happen. But you can be charged if you're caught purchasing them or selling.

So if you're asked they were given to you.

Possession of substance - except as AUTHORIZED UNDER THE REGULATIONS, no person shall possess a substance included in Schedule I,II or III

Obtaining substance- no person shall seek or obtain a substance included in Schedule I,II,III,IV

Well...your in luck, I work in law enforcement in Canada and the above response is correct. You are allowed to possess, but don't get caught selling, buying, exporting or importing. Even if you are caught, it is a minor "chargable" offence (on personal amounts).

BTW most city cops are on AAS themselves in my expierence.

I would recommend going with city police instead of the OPP and RCMP. Good luck in the academy.

Just remember is you have any criminal history in the USA you cannot move to Canada.

Even 1 DUI can cause huge problems.
