    Steroids and Bone Recovery

Has anyone noticed any bone recovery from using gear? I have a stress fracture on both forearms and cant do heavy curls because of it, and was wondering is getting on gear would help the recovery.

I have been doing light weight curls for many months now, because this damn thing wont heal.

I will be doing my first Deca/Test cycle by the way.

var would be a good choice. They use it on burn victims to aid in tissue regeneration. I've read a medical study or two that said it helped increase bone ************ too.

Natty test is partially responsible for bone density too. When they give test to old farts with low test, their bone density increases. I haven't seen anything that specifically says that adding test above normal levels would help though.

All that being said......you risk an equal chance of aggravating the injury by stressing it as you do helping it.

i feel your pain i get those in my forarms at least once a years. most of the time its when im on gear. say away from straight bar curls. i was told that they make the bones in your arm move witch is what cause this problems. i started a thread in workout forums about it a long time ago, ill see if i can find it.

This is an interesting question as I broke my shoulder in two places playing football last year and it still gives me some trouble every now and then. Anyone else have an opinion on this?

Sounds pretty typical to me. After a year your bones have almost definetly repaired themselves. Its likely that it wasn't set just perfect, and it'll probably give you trouble now and then for the rest of your life.
