so ive done just about all the research i can do on these topics read thread after thread you name it ive read it but i just need the ok as to what im saying/thinking is right ! ..... i only need to take nolva whilst on cycle @ 20 mg/ed if gyno starts? if not dont worry about it ?! and is 100mg/ed for last week of cycle and 50mg/ed for the next 2 weeks after cycle ends enough 4 pct ?

any help would be great as i dont wanna start till i sort this last pct part as i realise this is the most important !!!!and im running out of avenues to get these answers

you never, ever start your pct before your cycle ends, and use of a serm or an ai on cycle should only occur if sides call for it. I know you said you have researched, but if you don't know not to start pct before the cycle ends, you need to research more.

ok so an ai or serm whilst on if need be , check. dont start pct till after cycle has finished (found thread with info on when to start for diff roids ) ,check. what about the mg of clomid 100mg/ed for 1st week then 50mg/ed for next 2 is ok ?

and milk thistle plenty of it any idea on mgs?

Hey bro, I sometimes use serm (tamoxifene) during cycle 5 to 10 mgs everyday and sometimes 1 mg l-dex to keep estro bloat down, but I guess that qualifies as sides too. I've been hearing rumblings that clomid is overrated and nolva is better for pct.

sorry took so long fellas been researching ... so will just run nolva as thats what ive got when needed on cycle in case of gyno etc , possiply as mentioned by (cant remember but in this thread) 5-10 mg every 3rd day or so to keep bloat down mid cycle, also run 3 weeks of clomid after cycle has finished @100mg/ed for a week then next 2 weeks @ 50mg. are these mgs ok? or just run 3 weeks 50 mg/ed straight

EXACTLY! Testosterone and hormones that convert/aromatize to Estrogen work best with serms like nolva. Progestins are a different monster.

im not using deca so ill be fine with my nolva and clomid .. would be great to get the dosage questions answered 4 nolva and clomid.. cheers

To help answer your question can you post your cycle, the compounds, dosage, and length of time you'll be on them all are factors in my PCT and anti estrogen dosing.

I understand that, but I think his statement indicates that he intended to start his pct during the last week of the cycle, and that is what I was commenting on.

I did a deca only cycle and im now taking 20mg of nolva daily, is this ok or should I take something else.
By the way I don't have any gyno but just want to get my test levels back to normal.

as ive posted in this forum im sure im about 2 hear it again its dbols only yes dbols only ... and the reason why is : as when i see needles 9out of 10 times i faint ! no shit ! white as a ghost, dizzy, faint straight up .. i couldnt hold the pin straight 2 save myself .
ive actually started leaving 1 in my office just 2 get use 2 seeing it around, im getting better .
Also to see how i respond 2 roids in general training diet dedication the whole deal pct included. I know i should be doing some test e or p deca even anavar as it is less liver toxic etc but in my current situation this is where im at.
once i conquer my fear ill be hitting the test deca sus etc but at this present time i cant thats why knowing how hard the gains are 2 keep (although others have said they have kept some great gains plus from what ive seen ) i want to get a really good pct 2 help maximise gains better yet keep gains !!!!i understand water retention gyno side effects etc im just after some desent help regarding pct no bashing flaming of the newbie etc i really have read alot and done as much reading as i can but cant put a few conflicting threads and advice together .. i have nolva and clomid ready to go as well as milk thistle just need pct sorted so i can start

Cycle is 20mg/ed 1st 2 weeks then 30 mg/ed 2nd 2weeks then 20 mg/ed last 2 weeks .. so cycle is 6 weeks in length .

Pct is nolva when required throughout and possibly 5-10mgs every 3rd day to help keep bloat at bay and gyno etc .. clomid for 3 weeks 100 mg/ed 1st week 50 mg/ed next 2 weeks .. or just run 50 mg/ed for 3 weeks ? all the while eating milk thistle 1000 mg/ed ?

Diets spot on, trainings dialed in i just need pct here really fellas genuine help no bashing would be spot on ive read other newbie threads on here and even though im 1 of them some of the questions they ask make me laugh ive read starter packs threads everything .. so please genuine good advice on pct 4 what ill be doing would be great .. sorry bout the long post.. cheers

so a little change with running 30 mg/ed for 3 weeks then tappering off as it reads in "coming off" steroids on this site.So no abrupt endings .

Pct of clomid 100mg/ed for 1st week starting the monday (24 hrs) after last dianabol tab then 50 mg/ed for next 2 weeks

whilst on cycle between 1000mg/ed and 1500mg/ed milk thistle
10 mg/ every 2nd day of nolva during 2/3/4 week whilst dbols at highest intake ..

So this is my proposed cycle , taking into account my reasons 4 no pins this time round and how ive structured intake of dbols and pct what you say ? time to start !?
