    Question

I'm 38 years old and I have a bad back that has caused me to gain 25 lbs do to no exercise. I have high blood pressure and cholesterol. I lift some, mostly arms and chest. I have a friend that is using some form of injected steroids and he is telling me that it could help me loose the weight and gain muscle. My doctor told me that my liver enzymes were elevated the last time I had some blood work done. After reading through some of the posts and I don't think steroids would be good for me. I really want to change my situation but I don't want to make it worse. Do any of you have any thoughts or suggestions?

    Thanks

yes do not take steroids..diet and exercise are the most important things..there are no shortcuts..including steroids..they do nothing unless you train and eat properly
