I've been back training for roughly 3 months and today experienced a nice little twinge during shrugs,not enough to make me stop the set but on a scale of 1-10 the pain was a strong 5.The majority of my workouts consist of machine work for exactly this reason.So I finished my trap workout which was just 4 more sets and went home.The pain is significant but I think I can train with it but what's the best thing to do.
