    need some advice one this one

    I'm about to do a cycle of M-Drol and I wanted to know if I should wait on that. I was out of the gym for about a month and just started again last week (I have never felt so fvcken sore in my life). Well I lost a lot and I mean a lot of size and was wondering if I should wait till my body gets used to the gym again or would it be cool so start up my cycle? Thanks kids

    How did you lose alot of size in 1 month?

    I have no idea. I lost a lot of strength too. For example, when I worked out back I would warm up with 3 sets of 15 pull ups no problem. I did back last wed. and I couldn't even do one. I need some serious advice man. People thought I lost wheight (fat) but I actually lost fat.

    4 real i don't understand how u lost so much wt and strength,u went from 3sets of 15 pullps to not being able to do just 1,bro u sure u don't need to see tha doc?,i would wait on taking anything and ease back in slowly.

    I'm dead serious. Here is the short brief story. Mid November I sprained my wrist, I couldn't lift as heavy as usual so that brought down my modivation.

    Starting December, I started to not go to the gym cause I was gonna go home for 18 days (I'm over seas).

    Between the 24th of Dec to the 12 of Jan I was home with the family so I didn't hit up the gym.

    So now I'm back and I suck balls and get teased by my guys cause when I went to show them that benching 290 lbs was not that heavy, the fvcken bar almost crushed me... well that and my pride.

    i know after 2 weeks i start to lose some strength and after 1 month maybe 3-5 pounds of wt but nothing like u,like i said just drop ur pride and start off slow no need in injuring yourself because then u will really be out 4 awhile,u should regain ur loses fairly fast.

    Thats what I'm saying...you should be able to gain alot of that back just by upping ur cals and working hard. Personally I'd try to gain atleast some back before running any kind of cycle. Whats the point of the cycle if you just get back to where you were?
