I have time before my next cycle, which will be my second, that I am starting my, seems like endless, research on what to use. My first was the basic 500mg/wk of test. e. I gained 10lbs and kept 5lbs. I attribute that to diet water wieght, but it is okay. I was looking for the strength and that I have held onto. I am attributing that to a good pct and continuing to workout.
My second cycle thoughts and questions, are as follows: I was debating on either using OT, which I know is an oral, but I like what I have read about it. Or using test again, which I liked, and be more attentive to my diet. If I take the OT, can one run it longer than six weeks? Maybe 8-10? Pros and cons of this. Or is the test better to run, if I am wanting to go that long or longer, which I would run the test for 12 weeks. Also, is the pct similar for the OT as compared to Test?
Goals are for the strength and not as much as for the size, but I will take what each will leave me. And I know that will be attributed to diet and good pct.
