Here is my info again.. 31 years old.. 197 natural... muscular, lean.. been training since 16 solid... diet ... take all the right pills.. I do HARD cardio.. sprints, jumps, compound lifts.. weight lifting.. kettle ball stuff... longer cardio.. stretching.. basically keep myself in all around good shape and feel I have reached my natural limits. My test is low at 350.
My goal is I want to keep my weight about the same, maybe get up to 200.. and replace about 10 pounds of fat with muscle... the key thing is I am not looking to add bulk as it will impact my wind and hurt my performance competing in Judo.. where I also have to keep in a weight class... pretty much I want to harden up and get stronger, without putting on weight. Not trying to look like a body builder.. want most of my strength as core strength.. I also want to keep my gains...and get better recoverly..
I was thinking about doing a Var cycle, but now Im worried that all the cramping pumps will inhibit me from doing cardio and Judo, my sprints ect. I have read conflicting stuff about this...
