low bf% is what makes someone look vascular, this is determined more by diet than cycle.

vascularity is based on genetics,some ppl have it and some dont....Flex wheeler was one of those gy=uys who didnt have em..as big and as shredded he was there was never much vascularity...with that said you will have to get your skin as thin as possible to bring out what youdo have and this comes with low bf% only

I'm one skinny dude with most of bodyfat stored around the middle. But always been very vascular. I think it is heredity.
