    Need some Guidance

Well I just want some of ya'lls professional advice of what to do. I am 5'9-5-10 about 225lbs. I do not have a regular workout routine. I deliver beer for a living which can be a very good workout. What I am looking for is what to take and what to do. I want to cut down to about 190 let me know

Nothing without a regular routine will get you to your goal. A clean and low calorie diet and some cardio will get you where you want to go.

Proper diet is usually the best way to go. Once you feel that you have reached a high level of diet intake, than ask about aas

    THanks

Ok so what you so what you are saying is I should slim down to 190 or so and then take a cut stack.

With the diet what would be .6 of skim milk or .2 OJ . I dont know what Kefir milk is and can I substitute cottage cheese for something else. Also the oatmeal is that just plain outmeal with nothing added to it?

Just plain oatmeal, the flavored ones have too much sugars in them. And from what I have learned in here, you prob don't want to use any aas for about a couple of years, once you have devoted yourself to a new diet and regular exercise.

I could be wrong, and if I am, someone will correct me, but just start with a good diet and exercise.

    Good luck
