I am thinking about taking Clen tablets at 20mcg. I am 21 6"6 and 280 at 20% bodyfat. How many mcg should I be taking a day and when through out the day should I take them? My diet is pretty stict and weight train 5 times a week.

and i wouldnt suggest going over 160mcgs a day my sweet spot is 120mcgs i dont cramp up that bad and shred a few pounds i would start at 40mcgs a day and after everyday move up another 20mcgs till you reach atleast 100 or 120 if you cant handle the cramps or insomnia then lower dose i had 40mcg pills i took 2 in the morning around 9 or 10 and then one more around 2 or 3 recommend not taking it atleast 6 hrs before you sleep trust me i made that mistake lol sucked couldnt sleep for shit goodluck
Did you order yours offline? How long of a cycle would I be on? I was considering a ECA stack, would that be better and safer than starting a cycle of Clen?

i would say 20% is high to use anything.
at that bodyfat your blood pressure is going to be high already and clen will only make it worse.
anyone with a shred of dedication or willpower can diet below 20% and then use clen to get rid of stubborn fat.
but most of the time, people with high bf% are just looking for a simple pill to pop to 'shred' them up, which a large majority of noob clen users do.
i agree its not an ideal bf but i know a countless amount of ppl that have ran clen with bf around 20% and get good results obviously with a really good diet and cardio workout also most ppl i forgot to mention i kno that did this did keep track of the blood pressure so that might be a good idea
