    Exclamation Working hard with no losses!!!

    I have been doing cardio 45 mins frist thing in the morning and 15 before and after my weight training at night. I eat good small meals during the day (shakes,turkey, chicken and fruits ect..). I did not lose any weight in a week and am really upset about staying the same. I do take Myozene, would that keep the weight on me?

    GET OFF THE SCALE!....weight many times is not a good indicator of BF losses, and health goals....

    If muscle is more dense (weighs more) than fat, and if it takes up less space, more consolodated ( as in surface area), then your weight isn't as good of an indicator of your gains as your look...again, its only been a week, but many times your measurements and the mirror are going to be a much better indicator of your progess than your weight, not always, but many times...

    I weigh 280 lbs and take in around 2500 a day im guessing. I dont really count the cals but just try to eat really clean.

    BINGO, hell I go 1-2 months not even going on the scale. See how your pants and shirts fit.

    But one week? Give it time
