    Exclamation dbol doesnt feel like it kicking in?

    ok so ive been on my dbol 50mg for 7 days now and i dont feel like its doing anything. i havent really gained any weight nor has my strength went up? it should have by now rite? i also frontloaded the first week so hopefully it will be kicking in pretty soon

    I feel dbol by the 3rd day,im usually walking around pumped 24/7 by then......gonna guess your gear is sh!t..or your diet or training isnt up to par,either way you should have a bloated feeling to you by now

    its suppose to be legit, but i was doing only a 3 day m,w,f workout but this week im going to a 3 day split of..
    sun-legs,abs
    mon-back,bis,forearms
    tues-chest,tris,shoulders
    wed-legs,abs
    thurs-back ,bis,forarms
    fri-chest,tris,shoulders...
    that work better i think

    i never feel orals until the end of the second wk, just wait another wk at least before u make up your mind that its fake

    that work better i think
    you need to rest. there would be no way to bomb legs twice a week along with all other muscle groups and effectively recover especially with only one day of rest at the end of the week. I would check out the training forum. if you can get to the gym that many times a week i would divide into groups like.
    mon-chest
    tues-back
    wed-shoulders
    thurs-rest
    friday-arms
    sat-legs
    sun-rest

    although i do start gaining weight almost immidiately, have u gained any weight?

    some not like i normally do on dbol specially at 50mg

    yes i know i need rest but its not like im a pro body builder in the gym for hours on hours, i m not doing enough to have to take a whole week of to hit the same body part, muscles should be fully recovered after 36hours especially at only an hour to 45 mins of workout

    its the liguid crap in a sachet ,which i will never do again
