lateral raises.... front... millitary press.. spread the wealth and watch the growth start
I have been doing them both.
gotta keep ya body guessing... change your sets and reps... dumbells... machine... smith.... change it up....
Lower bf% I would say to show more definition.
yeah I am working on that I dont want to loose too much weight dont want to look scrawny
hangcleans (hold bar at shrug position then explode to push press position) worked wonders for kind of shocking my shoulder growth. i always had background in sports and always was fan of explosion lifts and imo they work. may not work but worth a shot. definitely go light and work on form first though
