i'm sure this has been asked but not answered directly....
if you are working out for strength, but not contest prep... how often should you go heavy without burning out.. for a RAW lifter
(heavy meaning 85-90% or more of your max)
some people say once a month, some say 70 (pause presses) one week 90 one week and back and forth. some do 85% or better every workout.. just wondering different peoples opinion,
