first cycle, info on pct

hi newbie here, im starting a sust250 cycle onli, 500mg a wk, 250mg mon- 250mg thur for 10wks, i now i shud start pct 21days after last injection. wat shall i take?? nolva or clomid, still tryin to understand pct abit more, any advice would be very helpfull. not after ppl telling me to read this n that,(read them thats y im on here asking) cheers lads
