Okay, I am starting my third cycle now....my second was a right off bc of some issues I was having. My second cycle only last 2 weeks of winnie and my stomach/liver was liking it at all!
Age 22 (5'7 155lbs)
GOAL (175lb comming off...cut to 165-170lbs)
My first cycle was (gained 20lbs) (lost about 10 total over like 6 months)
GAINS...started with only benching like 155lbs max (about 6-8reps) to benching 235lbs (6 reps).
Weeks 1-10---t400 750ml/week (2-375ml a week)
Weeks 1-4----Dbol 25mg/ED
Weeks 12-16--Nolva
2nd Cycle (right off bc injury and my stomach couldnt handle the winnie)
Gains Started benching around 205lbs for 6reps to doing sets of 8-10 at 225lbs to a max of 255lbsx4 reps
Weeks 1-8---Test E 500ml/week (2-250ml a week)
Weeks 1-2---winnie 50mg/ED (then I ran into problems)
Weeks 10-14 Clomid
The cycle was cut short do to a back injury and my stomach problems.
NOW CYCLE
Weeks 1-12---T400 again (800 mg/week)
Weeks 3------Dbol-25mg/ed
Weeks 4-7----Dbol-50mg/ed
Weeks 14-18--Clomid
Milk thistle (1000mg ed)
Now I was trying to figure out what I wanna do for the Dbol...go straight to to 50mg/ed or start at 25mg and work my way up.
Currently working out 6 days a weeks with small amounts of cardio only do one mucscle group per day (chest 2X one day light, one day heavy)
Diet is basically 3 shakes per day (one before bed) No fast food (obviously)..lowered the salt intake.
3000 calories (approx) day. 200ish grams of protein
Mainly eating chicken, tuna and pasta's
Now I should be done this cycle my mid april....I would like to keep decent size for the summer but stay cut. What should I get on to keep it up for the summer?
