    Dhea Pct?

Anybody have any information for or against using DHEA durring PCT? I have been taking it the last 4 days or so, I don't know if I sould or not. My gut reaction was that it might help recovery, but honestly I have no idea.

I dont know but from my understanding it helps regulate.. so if you are low on test or est it will raise to bring everything in check.. but I have also heard it is a waste and does nothing.. so who knows?

From my understanding people use it during pct to block cortisol and for its anti-catabolic effects

"DHEA supplements are sometimes used as muscle-building or performance-enhancing drugs by athletes. However, a randomized placebo-controlled trial found that DHEA supplementation had no effect on lean body mass, strength, or testosterone levels.[8]"

8- Wallace MB, Lim J, Cutler A, Bucci L (1999). "Effects of dehydroepiandrosterone vs androstenedione supplementation in men". Medicine and science in sports and exercise 31 (12): 1788-92. PMID 10613429

This is what I could gather.

I also read that DHEA converts to testosterone (which conflicts with the above study) as well as estrogen which is not beneficial during pct, although a SERM can take care of that.

What do you like about it?? How well do you think it works as an addition to a solid pct plan?
