    To Cut or to Bulk?

    I need some opinions....here's my dilemma, a little background first: I'm 39y.o. and been lifting on an off for over 20 years. The last time I did a serious cut (all natural at this point in time) was almost exactly 2 years ago. I was down to very low BF, people told me within 5lbs. of contest shape and I was 180lbs. I took measurements and pictures throughout my cut.

    Now 3 cycles later I have been cutting and am 205lbs, down from 220 and I am guessing that I would need to get down to 195 to be in the same shape as I was at 180, I know keeping 15lbs. after 3 cycles doesn't sound like much but my 2nd cycle was a flop, I tried to do a bulk then cut cycle and it totally fell apart at the end and was a waste in my opinion.

    I was planning to get down to 195 naturally then run a a-drol/TestE/EQ bulk cycle but don't want to lose too much muscle so I'm wondering if I should just run a cutting cycle and drop the a-drol or stick to my original plan. I also have enough Test and also some Deca to run another cycle down the road. I didn't like the cutting portion of my second cycle at all but maybe I didn't do it right and wasn't strict enough. Do you normally have strength gains while in a calorie deficit or is the whole purpose to maintain what muscle you already have? If that's the case it seems like a waste of a cycle if you are not gaining any mass, someone please enlighten me and any suggestions are appreciated.

    Bro,How are you going to lose muscle on adrol,testE,EQ cycle???..sounds like you're confused...running a cycle like that and doing right nutrition will put good mass on you....what is it that you want to do???

    My diet is in check and have lost 15 lbs and need to lose about 15 more and am afraid I am losing too much mass if I continue to cut naturally, so was debating to continue cutting naturally or run a test/eq cutting cycle? Would it be worth it for just 15 lbs.? just looking for some opinions......thanks.

    My Dilema I Am Playin My Last basketball tournament dis comin summer, my coach has ordered me to get back i to the shape i was in be my car accident i was about 180-185
    i Now Currently Weight 335 (OMG WHAT A MESS)

    I was doin Research and i understanf HGH Burns fat and at tha same time Bulks u Up,
    Now I did Some Research on DNP N I Decided Thatz Not For Me I Already Have A Heat Problem Which I Sweat Just For Taking 4 Fast Step, I Need To Kno Wut Type Of HGH would Be The Best Usefull For Me To Lose 155 pounds in tha next 3-4 months????

    ONE thats a thread high jack I know your new but you should have started your own thread. Two hgh is not for you, hgh does not bulk you up , and is way to expensive to try and loose 100 and something pounds the best way to loose weight is cardio and dieting you have heart problems as you mentioned so would becarful and not use any diet pills either best thing for you right now is DIET & CARDIO maybe get some l-carnatine,green tea,maybe some water pills i dont think those effect the heart double check. Not to mention that dropping that much weight in that time frame is not safe.

    You really CAN cut and gain muscle at the same time. So long as you keep the protien high, keep hitting the muscle in the gym, you can gain muscle.

    Even on a reduced calorie diet.
