and I want some kind of feedback and to introduce myself
1/23/08-Hey hey, my name is Melissa. These pics were taken today, and I'm going to mark this as my official starting point. I have been active for pretty much my whole life, I danced from 3 to 8, and ice skated from 8 to 14. I quit and didn't excercise at all until about 2 years ago. I gained a lot of weight, probably from being a pothead in high school. I've been serious for about 4 or 5 months now, and my diet is finally in check. I've run a clen cycle before and about to run var after I get surgery to allow me to breathe correctly. Which also means I will be able to run more than 3 miles much easier! So, remember this is my starting point, don't be too harsh!
