    Throwing it all together

    6-4 250 lbs about 15% BF

    Ok, so here's what I am planning for my 2nd cycle

    Weeks 1-8 Anavar - 100 mgs/day
    weeks 1-12 Test E - 500Mg week

    Goal is for some leans gains and will be looking to shed some BF%

    I have liquidex, clomid, and Novladex on hand for pct (no hcg available)

    my first cycle was dbol 30mgs/day for 4 weeks

    and test 400mgs week

    I had good gains and was not affected by any sides

    what are some recommendatiosn on how I should set up my PCT?

    Day 1 300mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex
    Day 2 - 30 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex
    Day 31 - 37 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex

    looks like a damn solid PCT to me bro!

    I wouldnt worry about not having the hcg.. doubt your nuts will shrink that much on that cycle.

    Good to go dude. Enjoy the cycle. Just watch the Cholesterol with that much Var, it will go through the roof there are a few natural things you can take to counter it such as No Flush Niacin just do a search on Cholesterol.

    Thanks guys, The var I have is in 50mg capsules. I may just start with 1 (50mg) and see how it goes and then adjust if desired later.

    I would look at your cycle first. It's awfully hard to lose plus gain. One takes a calorie deficit, and the other takes a calorie excess.

    losing bodyfat % and gaining some lean muscle is not that difficult, especially with the Var.

    Okay then, keep telling yourself that var has some magical fat burning qualities. I know the read/repeat parrots will say that var and tren have some fat burning qualities, but it's not enough to matter so they might as well quit trying to act knowledgable. Gains or losses are diet related. Sure you can gain a small few lean lbs and keep fat mass the same, reducing percentage, but why waste a cycle for only a few lbs?

    no, I'll listen to you instead of reading cycle logs, steroid profiles, and the research books I have gotten. who said anything about magical??? Click on the word Var in your response and read. I'm 255 lbs right now, I am not worried about being 270 so some lean muscle gains couple with losing some BF % is what I am doing. A clean diet and cardio should do me just fine. Thanks for your feigned interest though
