200 for the first 3 days then 400 for the next 3 days then 600 for the next 2 days. i was just asking if u should try working out on this stuff.

working out will be a lot harder..i would keep your workouts short..maybe 30 min..45 max and drink extra water during training
should i just do my workout routine and no cardoi or just cardio.
whatever you feel like you can do..you will feel pretty drained and it will be a challenge to work out especially when you up your dose
