i don't know if i should do steroids or not. b/c ive already been told that my guy thats hooking me up doent know what hes talking about. hes not really big either. lol
is there any thing that can help me gain 15 or 20 lbs of muscle that wont hurt me or cost an arm and a leg?
or should i just use the 1gram of protein per lbs of body weigth and eat like 5 meals a day and have a protein shake in the middle of the night?
i use to protein shakes, creatine, and vitamin every day now. im almost 20, weigh 145. very lean only 5 foot 6.
any help is appreciated

.. im sure you can put on another 15-20lbs of muscle within the next year with a consistant work out schedual and an on point diet.. and try to get your protien from "real food" as much as possible dont rely on protien shakes all the time ...just my 2 cents..
