Can anyone help out with a recommendation for one of the new creatine powders out there (non-monohydrate kind?) that works great with less bloat. Monohydrate gave me bloat.
Looking for a good PURE creatine in powder (non pill) form.
Ethyl Ester vs Kre-alkyln vs hcl vs whatever.
Is there really any difference other than price? Do some creatines really avoid the bloat?
