Few points...

Double your amount of deca, 200mg will only help with ya joints.

Run ya sus (test) two weeks longer than the deca, will help with recovery.

Can you get test rather than sus?

You need to research PCT better.

test e would be good yes, but it wont matter unless you run more test than deca. Deca shuts you down so you wont be able to get it up. I would suggest...
1-12 test e 500mg/wk
1-10 deca 400mg/wk
9-13 winnie 50mg ed
then pct...

And yes, the THEORY is sust EoD is best, but that's just for keeping hormone levels super-level. And the fact is that gains won't be any different so 2x/wk is fine on sust. Your nutrition will make more of a difference than the frequency of pinning. Some people just over-complicate things and then a good helpful guy like shifty repeats it and people start to take it as significant, when it's not. No offense, shifty.
