Easy question about bloating:

Just started day 1 of PCT today (clomid + nolva). Assuming that my diet is pretty low in sodium, I drink ~2 gallons of H2O/day and I do cardio 5x's/week (70% THR; 10mins before training, 20 after)...can anyone give me an idea how far into my PCT I can expect to be past the bloat that comes from a Test-E cycle? (Note: I didn't take any compounds to combat bloat during cycle.)


Also, I'm 205, at 19% bf right now. I know everyone's different, but roughly what kind of poundage will I lose cuz of the bloat?
