I'm also led to believe from what I have read that deca/sust is a
good combo and as a first time cycle responces are generally greater than a frequent user hence no need to jack up the mg to higher levels.
As for diet i'm guessing you can tell how mine is by my keyboard strokes stacked with some ESP?
