I am trying to educate myself and have been reading some posts. I'll admit it's all pretty much above my head. If anyone's got pointers I'm all ears. 38 years old firefighter... needless to say the stronger I am the less difficult my job is.

hmm what exactly is your question lol
Well I guess I was using some Deca for a while and got good results. Supply went dry however and now I'm exploring the whole spectrum. How on earth does one find another local source?![]()
Well I'm not really looking for sources here. I see that I can find a lot of stuff online. I'm more inquiring about how to find it on my own in my own town. I know there is an etiquette involved... I'm just not sure how to inquire. I know I appear to be a bull in a china shop.
Yeah I guess I made a boo boo.
welcome bro
Thanks! I appreciate it.
Welcome! And what are your current stats to include diet? With this information we can help you with what you need.![]()
I've got a sloppy diet I'll admit. It's mostly due to being insanely busy. My current stats are 170 5'8" probably 12% bf. When I was on deca I was about 190 at maybe 14%. I'm not as worried about bf as I am about strength factor. When I was at 190 the work load was quite a bit easier.
Yeah but deca only is shunned upon due to it being a 19nor AAS. It shuts you down completely after the first inject. The body will recognize it as test but there will be no test in your body so your body cant function properly ie. loss of libido, depression, mood swings, etc... Have you checked out the diet forum at all?
Also using you will get a short strength increase while on cycle but without the diet to back the muscle/strength gained then it will be lost Post cycle and a waste of time and money.
As for diet... I have always eaten several meals per day. I eat a lot of chicken, fish, pork... not a lot of beef. I try to eat as much as I can.
