PCT Suggestions: Test E + Anavar (1st Cycle)

Hello guys im new to the forum, here is my first proposed cycle (revised i took the primo out), i would like some help with the PCT and how i should use it, the more knowledge you can provide me with the better. i have added propecia since my hair is thining and hopefully this along with nizoral shampoo will help protect it.

Week 1-7 Test Enth ( 2 shots per week totalling 500)
Week 1-4 Anavar (40 mg everyday) - Expensive $........

Right Through The cycle i will be using propecia 1mg everyday.
Nolvadex on hand through cycle if nipples feel sore or anything, just in case.

PCT:
Week 8 --
Week 9 --
Week 10 -- Nolvadex 40mg E/D -- HCG 5000 i.u
Week 11 -- Nolvadex 40mg E/D -- HCG 5000 i.u
Week 12 -- Nolvadex 20mg E/D -- HCG 3000 i.u
Week 13 -- Nolvadex 20mg E/D

I have a basic idea of how to do it but since i havent before i need some experienced input. The 5000 i.u. of HCG is that shot once a week or twice e.g. 2500 i.u. X 2 ?

I can get some Nolvadex , HCG and possibly some proviron, basically i want to be as safe as possible and for normal test levels to return to normal fast. Please tell me what i should use and how i should use i.e. using nolvadex during cycle if nipples feel sore etc and after for PCT. Please start with the basics it is essential for me knowing why to do what, i have read alot and i mean ALOT, i just want some more input from experienced users.

Wow, all that red gave me a headache.
Anywho, test e is a long ester and needs to be run for around 12 weeks.
Read up in the pct forum then propose a pct to us and we'll help you tweak it.

Sorry about the red, sorted that out now. Just added the PCT i was thinking of doing.

not bad for pct, but 7 weeks of test e is not sufficient, you won't even notice it's working till around week 5. Also you need to start the pct 2 weeks after the last shot of test e. also I wouldn't run the nolva on cycle.

I wouldn't even use the hcg for pct, not really needed imo. If you really want to run it do it during cycle up to pct @ 500iu's three times a week to help you avoid testicular atrophy.
Plan to run the Test for 12 weeks at least, then you at least have the option to stay on if everything goes alright. It took me 5 weeks to feel the effects of Test E.

It's not goin on for too long..it's the average length and like he said test e will take A WHILE to kick in and at 7 weeks u will just start to like it, u have nothing to worry about, u want ur first cycle to be great? do 12 weeks no less or dont do it.

As for PCT hcg is not needed, all you need is nolva and clomid, worked great for my first cycle.
