    Need advice

    I am a 27 yeard old at 6'3 about 250 lbs. I am looking to use steroids for weight training. I am looking for something that will help me build muslce and loose body fat. Can anyone help with suggestions?

    Bro get your nutrition in order first...that and implementing cardio at certain times of the day will have a good effect on changing your physique...in the meantime read up on the profiles and do some research.

    I have a pretty decent diet already and I have been working out for the past 6 months on a average of 4 times per week. I am looking to to build more mussle and drop some weight.. So I was hopeing someone has had some good sucess ans would be willing to share the info with me.

    you need to research alot. There isn't really somthing that will make you huge and cut you up at the same time.

    2 true.

    am guessing your diet needs a lot of work.. cause when ever people say 'they think there diet is decent' and dont list macros you know its ganna be way off.

    out of interest, whats ya bf% as well?

    Sorry guys I have been out of town. My body fat % is 17.3 and I have been working pretty hard to loose more weight. The gym I go to has me on a workout plan and diet that I am following...

    whats the diet your following? post it with macros

    Protein: 20-35% Fat: 10-35% Carbohydrate: 35-55%.. Thats as of right now, as I continue with the program he said it will change depending on how well I do.

    i can tell by the way you have posted that you dont have the correct diet what so ever.... (not flaming)

    no mention of total protein, carbs or fat..
    or how much of each you have per meal..

    how many meals and what do you have?
