i started my pct today and when i took the pills...i feel awful, do you think it could possibly be test withdrawls or something?

if you feel bad its probably because of having lower test levels and not the nolvadex. you need to go to the pct forum and do some research soon.
how much novladex are you taking?
look into getting some arimidex as well.

well the guy i bought it from said he took 2 bottles of novedex not nolva, i asked about nolva and he said that he liked novedex better so i bought that, 2 bottles of it, so about 8 weeks. but i appreciate the help

No it's not. Novedex is an OTC product and I wouldn't recommend it as a proper pct.

haha well the sust-250 worked great and i still have a lot of the gains from it, went from maxing out at 185 because i havent lifted in a year because i destroyed my knee, lifted a little while then started shooting and now i can bench 225 about 11 times

well you shouldnt have lost any of your gains this far cause the test is slowly getting out of your system and has just now bottomed out. but the next 6wks are either going to make or break you(gains)

Go to www.ar-r.com and buy some clomiphene citrate and tamoxifen citrate. This is clomid and Nolvadex. Then Immediatly go to the PCT section and click on one of the stickies in which it will show you how to run them for a proper PCt. Should have had it all on hand before your cycle but its a little late for that now. Turnaround time for ar-r.com is usually 3-5 days. ITs not too late but you need to do this as novadex the OTC product sucks.

This is not the right philosophy for a steroid cycle, PCT planning is far more important than cycle itself in order to maintain your gains, so better learn more before starting a cycle next time...

Plan better next time bro. You should know the date and time. Go to AR-R and get some stuff quick.
