I just shot 350mg of deca, and not thinking about it...I went into a nice hot shower 20-30 minutes later. I gave the injection site a good massage too.
Any chance of losing some of the juice due to leakage?

I don't really see why it would,
Anyone else
Seriously?![]()
No your fine. No leakage. I like to shower before my injects to warm the muscles and lossen them. It makes for a little less pain Post injection. I hope you have test in this cycle as well.
Nevermind, you are the individual who considered this cycle with deca only and after many people telling you its not a good idea your still running it...did you change your mind and add the test or still deca only?

What??
so what if u did leak? but im sure if it didnt right away its not gonna!
i leak sometimes after i pee but that normaly means i dident shake it enough.
I usually listen to Enya while lighting my cinnamon candles all over my bathtub... I also pick fresh rose peddles and spread them over the top of the bath... not to mention the fresh incense burning slowly in the background..
i have found that showering makes the pin go in alot easier.. maybe that is just me..
I always shower up at night after work then shoot then go to bed.
showering before does make the pin slide in easier, and if your using oils a good hot shower after the injection will keep the oil more viscous and likely cause less bruising/injection site stiffness.
You're fine, but if you ever want to be 100% sure just to ease your mind you might want to do z-track injects. Uses your own skin to create a nice little cover. I believe that's how nurses give needles.
A quick google should give you all the info you need.
you beat me to it........z-track. nurses dont use them as a rule but will use this particular technique if the injection can cause an irritation to the skin when it leaks out. otherwise.......... well you know.
