I've been researching good beginner cycles for a while now and I have come up with a tentative one and want to get some input before I go buying anything:
Stats,
Age, 25
5'7"
150 lbs.
12.5% BF
Training,
5 years on and off, consistent for the past year.
Possible Cycle,
Weeks 1-12: Test C (400 mgs./week)
Weeks 1-4: D-bol (20 mgs/day)
Possible PCT,
Weeks 1-6: Nolvadex (20 mgs/day)
Weeks 1-4: Aromasin (20 mgs/day)
Weeks 1-3: Vitamin E (1,000 iu/day)
*Should I start PCT the next week after my last Shot?
*I absolutely want to take every measure NOT to get gyno, I am paranoid about it. If I have to sacrifice a little gain to make sure that I don't get it that's fine with me, suggestions or is my PCT good? Should I run some Nolvadex during cycle just in case even if I don't see signs of gyno just to be preventative?
If anyone thinks of anything else helpful, or if there is any other info needed let me know, I would appreciate it!
