    Sorry Boys forgive me, Here check it out, I am really to be real!

    Day1- Legs
    Squats
    Leg Press
    Bend over dead lift
    Calf Raises
    Ab Machine

    Bike 20 min (fat burning)

    Day 2- Chest/ Bi-cep

    Bench(BB or DB)
    Incline DB
    Chest Flys
    BB Curl
    Butter-fly Preacher curl
    Laying down 15 degree DB Curl

    Bike 15min (Fat burning)

    Cable Curls

    Day 3 Off - Do some at home ABS and bike 30min

    Day 4 Back/ Forearm

    Stiff Deadlift
    Back Curls
    Deadlift
    Forearm curl DB rev
    BB rev Curl
    DB Forearm curl

    Abs / Bike 15min

    Day5 Delt/ Ticep

    Shrug
    Uprights
    DB Press
    Ti Exterion
    Nose press Butter-fly bar
    Cable pulldown
    Cable one arm pulldown

    PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THIS IS GOOD?

    ALSO I will be doing pretty much 3sets for each Workout and pushing heavy going for 6-8rep each set.

    PLEASE HELP ME OUT, This weekend I will post my DIET and hope you can also help me out on that.

    How long have you been doing this routine for?

    To tell you the truth, I haven't tryed it yet, I have been all over.

    With working hours that are anywhere everyday. So there has been days were I jUST DIDN'T GET ENOUGH POWER to get to the gym so I would be at home but then I didn't have enough brain power to keep me pumping.

    I have LOW will power and for me to get huge or fit is very hard, Right now my days all mess. I pretty much doing this.

    Day 1 workout
    day 2 workout
    day3 off
    day 4 off
    day5 workout

    day6 off
    day 7off
    day 8 at home maybe gym
    day9 off

    and so on I am going to the gym about 3 times a week but with crazy days off between, and a Diet that needs more work forsure.

    I really need help and with going natural for now it is killing me cause I have no WILL power saying you can do it, I have got my self from 152 to 168 now in 6-8months now I am sitting here lazy pretty much

    Okay, so you just said you havent tried it yet.

    Well guess what, the only way to find out if it is a good training plan is for you to try it out and see how it works!

    You have to be consistent with it. Then adjust whatever needs to be adjusted as you go!

    whats a back curl and a bent over dead lift????????????

    Back curl is whe I use the stand to bend over and raise my back , Hard to explain, and bent over deadlift, is when I am bend over and bring the BB to my chest.

    And about trying out that plan I wanted to makesure someone could go over it and let me know what you think...

    maybe its hyperextentions and BB rows.
