    Cool cutting cycle recommendation

    what's up guys. it's been a few years since i've gotten on the gear. done mostly deca, sustenon, winny, anavar, primo, anadrol, cyopionate, and a few others. so i am somewhat familiar with this stuff.
    i am 32 yrs old, 200lbs, 5'8", roughly around 20% body fat. i really have two questions for you guys.

    1. what are your recommendations on a really good cutting cycle?
    2. while injecting, can i add more than one compound per shot (so let's say deca and eq in the same injection).

    any help would be greatly appreciated.

    you might want get your bf down some first from eating properly and throwing in some cardio ...

    imo you should be around 10% bf for cutting compounds to actually work for you, and at the most 14%bf to even consider gear. Work on diet and cardio first man it will make a world of difference.

    who says hes a bodybuilder. maybe hes a powerlifter who feels abit to big and wants to drop 10 pounds for a meet. everybody asumes everybodys a bodybuilder. when some people make threads with low doses you haras them and say do research when they might be an athlete and dont want to gain 20 pounds.

    when i hear that some wants to do a CUTTING cycle i think they want to look lean and shredded. If you want to lean out and keep your strength then i would suggest test (500mg/wk) and good diet/cardio. but if you do your research you will find there is not really any "steroid" thats linked to fat loss.

    maybe, you could be on a clean bulk diet and lose bf with some steroids. but ya i understand what your saying

    thanks Mavreck,

    what is funny is that i do cardio every morning. 25 - 40 mins. in the morning then i go into the sauna and start my day. however, i see these bb's there and all they do is ****ing walk, which pisses me off. then i read about these other bb's that eat anything and everything, and yet they get shredded.
    so there has to be something out there.
    i been reading about thiomucase, t3 (clomid), anavar, and clen. i really dont care about size anymore, so i would like to tone down what i have. i say if i can hit around 185, i'd be good.

    the reason they walk is because they just want to burn fat not muscle, if your hr goes over a certain point you start to burn muscle. Also the more muscle you have the more calories you burn thats why those guys can eat so much and not get fat. if you want to burn fat and keep your strength i would suggest test and clen( 2wks on 1 off). the test would offset the catabolic side of clen. but before you even think of a fat burner like this read up on it till your blue in the face because its not a compound to mess around with. There are a lot of threads on this forum about this compound and how to use it. Also if you decide to run test with it you need to read up on pct protocol. one more thing, DIET, is it in check? You can do all the cardio and gear in the world and it wont do a thing for you if your diet is not in check...

    ^^ haha true theres a kid who is 310 pounds and he doesnt workout anymore all he does is run and he isnt losing anyhting but actualy gaining weight. plus him and his dad bring in a 1.5 liters of diet lemon ice tea and drink it while they workout. the kid asked me why hes not losing weight and i said diet but he doesnt believe me that if u dont have a decent diet u wont lose weight. but the sad thing is he is really strong he can squat 545

    Little do people realize that a bodybiulders diet consists a lot of chicken, tuna, brown rice, and other natural products that most of America hate and barely eat do to the blandness of it. Just becuase you cut back on eating doesn tmean your going to lose weight, you need to go to the diet section and check out cutting diets.

    The reason that people say before jumping on gear get your bf% lower (like his is at 20%) is due to health reasons, not assuming everyone is a bodybuilder.

    Cardio and diet will really help you out with loosing fat, and what was stated is true in regards to target heart rate for fat burning and too high which will also burn muscle.

    Last, no bodybuilders cannot eat everything and anything all the time or they would be out of shape and fat and not look shredded. IT takes a lot to become a bodybuilder and it mainly starts with diet so look into that first before jumping into AAS or fat burning chemicals.

    damn you guys are awesome.
    so can i ask what you guys do for cardio. i tend to do a combination of things. i do the elliptical for about 30 mins. or the step master for about the same time. then other days im on the thread mill, 5 min warm up, then i do intervals. 1 min @ 7.5 sprint, then rest for 1 min. then repeat the process for 25-30 mins.

    would i be better of just doing a fast pace walk (4mph) @ an incline of 8.5%?

    i think my problem has always been my cardio, since my diet is ok.

    If you really think your diet is ok, then go and check out the diet section and look towards the top for "cutting diets". Compare your to this one and should give you a good idea on how good your is. For cardio im either on the eliptical, treadmill, or stair climber (stepper, whatever you want to call it) But know this, your body doesnt start to burn fat until after 20mins. so only doing 25mins of cardio will yield 5mins of fat burning which isnt much. id go for 40 mins personally and that has worked wonders for me. You have to try it for yourself and see what works best for you.

    great posts^^ lego... a lot of people don't realize the discipline it takes to get and maintain a lean body. As for cardio i usually ride the bike for 30 min(when bulking) eod. and 60 min(when cutting) eod. Also lifting at a faster pace is a great way to burn fat, atleast for me.
