My friend asked if I could help him bulk up a bit for summer. He is about 6'2 maybe 155lbs so really skinny. Hes gay and "just wants to look good for the summer" He said he wants to take a supplement or something cause creatine and protein never work for him (though i don't think he every really worked out while taking them)
Now if he was asking me about steroids I would 100% tell him no way, you need a base first. But I feel like he already has the mindframe that he needs a supplement or he'll just quit in the first week. So I'm thinking as a mental boost letting him take 1 P-plex a day for 4 weeks.
Now hes 24, not worried about getting huge just wants a good build, not worried about loosing as long as its there for the summer
Can you come up with any real good reason for why this isn't a good idea? Besides P-plex helping I just think it'll be the mindset of knowing he is taking something that will help him keep at it for at least as long as he is on it.
