    Joint pain?

    I get bad pain in my joints (opposite side of elbow) when working biceps. Not sure if I am doing lifts incorrectly or not. I keep my elbows to my sides as much as possible while working bis. I take glucosamine, but it doesn't cure pain, just lessens it. Just wondering if this is something I can remedy or just live with the discomfort? Thanks guys.

    its probably the barbell curls.....try the ez curl bar for a little while ....also make sure you dont drop your wrist down when coming to the start position...good luck
