Thread: critique please!

    critique please!

    im currently 24 and i weigh 177 lbs. can anyone tell me by bf%? also i need help with trying to tone my body. especially in the midsection. im in the military so I perform cardio 3 to 4 times a week.
    pre cardio- xenadrine super hardcore
    pre workout- superpump250
    during workout- size on
    post workout- 2 scoops of whey protein

    You have a nice base but I would suggest hanging out in the diet forum for a little while...Nothing will help you cut better than a good diet...Also how tall are you? Bf% is kind of hard to judge because people hold it differently but I would guess 20%.( not the best at judging though)

    im 69 inches(5ft 7in) what type of foods should i focus on to cut?

    Focus on chicken, turkey, fish, red meat, and vegetables. Snack on fruits. Include some whey protein drinks.

    As for your body, I'd say you're something like 15-19% BF. To look more like a bodybuilder you should focus on your lats and your shoulders. Nothing beats the V taper.

    Military press ur arse off with LOT O WEIGHT.

    behind ur neck and in front. although sum people it hurts to do it behind their neck bc of shoulder issues, however never bothered me the slightest, plus u also hit ur trapz as well... fronts are a bit harder cuz ur shifting the weight to a thinner , smaller muscle (front delt)

    Bro you have a nice base just get your diet in check and keep up the cardio... you will see a big difference and then take it from there...... keep training hard

    Thanks for the replies guys. I got a lot of great info from u guys. I will continue to post pics on a monthly basis. Next ones go up on march 1 and so on.
