depends what kinda prop your shooting... i just started a new cycle with prop in it and this prop is much less painful than my last... u usually start to feel the pain the next day.. when did you first shoot the prop?

I remembered my first ever prop shot, and it killed me like hell, haha cos of the technique i guess (crap technique).

Anyways, and I shot it in my shoulder, and i was training shoulder that day, and hell the next 3 days were just pure pain for me...

in my experience with prop... i feel its better to work out the muscle u inject to spread the liquid out more... ha i was running some ruff stuff my last cycle i tried everything and i felt that helped out the most.. still hurt like a mo fo but not as bad.. plus it was a lot harder to train a muscle with the next days prop pain, then it was after a fresh injection..

The bad thing for me is that lets say it was shoulder day today, take my shot on shoulder, and then i take a day of rest.

Day after it's chest day... sigh... the strain in the shoulder can be quite rough, and the injection / training pain is still there...

heard that shoulder injection is always better than on the ass for better absorbsion, dunno if that's just an urban myth...

    mythbusters help!! lol

ur right but thats y i tried to coordinate my workouts and everything so the situation u described didnt happen as much... but that was some bad prop i dont have that issue in my current cycle... as far as absorption i have no idea, though id rather throw 2cc in my ass as opposed to delts, and id never think of throwin 3 in my delts but as far as my ass id probably throw 3 in their... but doing a cycle with prop you need to rotate a lotta sites... i usually do delts, quads, glutes and then pecs.
