Minor gyno developed without being on cycle!!! HELP!!!!!

Hi everyone,

Hope that the new year has brought health and happiness for everyone so far

I have a little bit of a problem because about a month ago my left nipple started to get a little lump under it. It was nothing major (ie. didn't itch and wasn't extremely sensitive) but it was still a bit sensitive and felt like there is a slight lump.

I haven't been on a cycle. I took Liquid Masterdrol for a month 4 months ago but with a PCT of Arimidex and and testosterone booster.

Out of nowhere it seems like I have developed this gyno and it won't go away. It's weird because its only the left nipple.

I have been taking letro at .5 mgs a day for 2 weeks now and there have been no improvements.

I want to start my next cycle soon but I don't want to start it with gyno.
Is there anything I can do in addition to the letro? should I wait longer?

Any suggestions would be awesome!!!!

maybe from soy, or another supplement you took? Perhaps you had an estrogen rebound from the AIs. Maybe should have tapered off for an exteneded period of time.

I did taper off over the course of a few weeks. I thought I was fine but 2 months later, WHAMMY!

You did PCT with only an AI, and don't know why your hormones were screwed up months later? Wow.
Try some raloxifene man.

NOT REALLY, THIS IS TYPICAL. ACTUALLY BOTH BREASTS ARE USUALLY AFFECTED, BUT ONE MORE SO, AS IT USUALLY HAS A NODULE (LUMP).
