Looks like you are in Ft. Irwin
doesnt look like ur holding alot of water, but the face usually shows water retention the most prominently
starts off at 1740 with a chicken breat on wheat bread with a cup or so of rice when they have rice
around 2000 2 chicken breast. 2300 2 more breast and was eating rice with it when they had it but cutting out carbs now after my 1st meal
0200 2 chicken breast and 0500 2 more... 0645 training 0800 PWO = syntha 6 and a banana I also snack on some sort of mixed nuts in between meals and wash off the salt
