creatine for someone with a weak stomach?

creatine mono gives me bad stomach aches and makes me very bloated, ive tried it many times on and off over the past few years. i have had stomach problems my whole life, i cant eat alot of lactose, certain foods mess with me. is there any creatine on the market that would not mess with my stomach? thanks.

What kind of foods can you not eat?

As for the creatine, I'd give creatine ethyl ester a try. I get slight bloating from regular creatine mono, but I've never had a problem with CEE.

    Creatine hurts my stomach to.

Try breaking it up into 2 doses/day.

Mono gave me bad stomach problems too. I got Kre-Alkalyn for X-mas, but am waiting to finish up my Anator/Hyperdrol stack first. Have taken the pills a few times though and no stomach cramps so far.

BSN Cell Mass is also an easy one to drink, plus tastes really good, I suggest Arctic Berry flavor.

Sorry to hijack this thread. UNCCwrestler, I assume you're a college wrestler? If so I've got a couple of questions if you don't mind. I'm looking to get back into wrestling.
