Nizoral 2% Users

I just purchased 2 bottles from the drug store it says to use weekly, do i go by that or do i use it everyday to stop the build up of dht.

I use it every day. Wash your hair first with something gentle like baby shampoo. That way you don't need as much of the nizoral. I also use it on my skin where I get acne. I don't get the acne when I do this. Don't wash it off for 5 minutes. I love the stuff.

if you use the 1% you might need to use it 3 or 4 times a week.

I use it twice a day at least, it seems to work best that way at least in my case. Apply it to the scalp rub it in real good, let it sit for 5-7 min then wash it out. I experienced almost no hair loss on a heavy cycle of Test/EQ/winny, the stuff does work bro, just use it right. As far as using it on my body never heard of that but it makes sense.

for me works better twice a day, rather than once. also wash with another shampoo before. seems to be less hair loss washing more frequently.
