I did 30mg/day for 3 weeks in december last year and i did not take them on a empty stomach.

Alot of AAS can cause discomfort on an empty stomach BUTTT.... a true bodybuilders stomach is never empty seeing as we eat 6-8 meals a day

Can I take the middle ground? Take it about an hour after your meal and you will be fine. I don't think there is any huge difference in absorption rate either way.

the only thing i experience when taking any orals on an empty stomach is the farts,
