How long is gear good for?

I hope some of the members here can clear things up for me.

I bought some sus-a-ton 375 (Manufacture date 2/2006) and deca (Expiration may 2010) about a year and a half ago.

Long story short, I thought my live in girlfriend at the time threw them away from my hidden secret spot in my fridge about a year ago.

Recently I actually found them snugged and hidden in another location the fridge last week!

I dont trust the expiration date and I have searched online and cant any detailed info on if these are still be worth taking and if they will have almost full potency.

Any info and feedback will be appreciated.

Lucky for me..the GF got the boot recently!
I found the gear after clearing out the fridge of her stupid foods.

Thats why I need to get jacked up again..lmao

Why do you not trust the expiration date as it is over two years from now? I dont think that they would over state it, if anything to be safe they would under state the expiration date so you are not using a less dosed gear.
