i started with 250ml sus every 5 day. when i started the cours i never heard of pct so i was just wondering how to come of the gear, what to use and how to use it

You can use arr, click the upper right banner for your pct needs. Just read up in the pct forum and decide which protocol you wish to use and go from there.
