    Leg Workout

    hey everyone umm i heard that leg workouts releases growth hormone if so is it recommanded to do it say 3 times a week

    k my bad i just figured since it releases growth that i would do it more, thinkin will have better effect

    you could try working on them harder i no i cant sit in a chair with comfort for 4 days after a leg day. let alone do a squat

    Working legs, ur thigh specifically, increases ur natural growth hormone levels, as well as ur natural testosterone levels, more than any other muslce group, next closest would be Back....

    Because of this, I always recommend people do legs first in the week, and if thats not possible for whatever reason, then do back first in ur split....legs 3-4 days later....especially if your deadlifting like I do on Back day.

    The amount of GH released after leg training is over-rated in terms of making muscles grow. I compare it to shooting an elephant with a slingshot-no pun intended! It takes injecting GH to see a noticeable effect.

    agreed, this may not be the most important reason for starting the week with your big muscle groups (like legs/back), but its certainly a byproduct that is an additional benefit, regardless of how much of a benefit it really is.

    I beleive that your big excercises like dead lift and squats release natural growth hormone.
